Founder of three medical devices and two optical communication companies, with 13 years in executive roles in innovative medical device companies. Recent 8 years developing products for diabetics – President / CEO positions. Mr. Nagar is Author and co–author of 26 published patents and patent applications, most of which are devices for diabetics. Mr. Nagar has an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion.

Prior to joining InsuLine Medical in January 2011, Elmar Schäfer was Executive Vice President Global Business Development of Pharmexx GmbH , Hirschberg , Germany , a company of the Celesio Group (September 2007 – December 2010), Chief Executive Officer of BioGeneriX AG,a company of the Ratiopharm Group in Mannheim (April 2001 - July 2007), Director of Business Development at Glaxo Wellcome/GlaxoSmithKline in Hamburg (November 1997 - March 2001), Head of Legal Affairs and Cooperations at Glaxo Wellcome inHamburg (November 1995 - October 1997) and Company Counsel at Wellcome in Hanover (July 1992 – October 1995).During this time Elmar Schäfer successfully concluded a Management Development Programme at the London Business School and The Fuqua School of Business at the Duke University,NC,USA .Elmar Schäfer was previously an Attorney at Law in private practice, specialized in Business and Corporate Law (1989-1992).
Dr. Gabriel Bitton - Founder, Vice President R&D
Founder of two medical device companies. Dr. Bitton has 10 years experience in R&D development of medical devices for diabetics.Dr. Bitton has extensive knowledge in physical and physiological aspects related to diabetics. He holds a Ph.D. in applied physics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel. Dr. Bitton has published several papers and has to his credit over 25 patents and patent applications, most of them related to medical devices. Previously Dr. Bitton served as Glucon Chief Technology officer. Prior to that Dr. Bitton served as group leader of the quantum optics group at Oak Ridge national laboratory, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.

Over 20 years of managerial and engineering experience in the medical field.Headed the Engineering Dept. of Elcam Medical, MedimopSpecializes in prototype manufacturing and bringing to mass productionSpecialty in heading manufacturing procedures, building detailed specification for mold injections and for assembly machines, purchasing molds and machines.B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from the Israeli Technion Institute of Technology.
Mr. Eldad Yehiely - Chief Financial Officer
Has over 18 years of accounting and financial experience in both public and private companies. Mr. Yehiely served as the CFO of Topspin Medical Inc., Golden Point Ltd. and HarmonyCom Ltd. Where he was responsible for private and public fund raising, IFRS and US GAAP reporting systems, and other financial matters.Mr. Yehiely holds a BA degree in accounting from Adelphi university, New York and an EMBA in Strategic Management from The Hebrew University, Jerusalem, both Cum Laude. He is a Certified public accountant in Israel and in New York.
